Manuela Contreras is a mission and equity driven innovative Leader, Coach, Strategic Partner and Speaker. Manuela's passion for DEI and creating nurturing and safe experiences through coaching, consulting, and retreats led her to begin Con Fuerza Experiences. Con Fuerza aims to liberate individuals and organizations from oppressive constraints through holistic experiences.
Manuela’s professional and lived experiences in community, leadership, and organizational development inspired her to explore more deeply how to create more holistic transformational change for leaders and organization. After leaving her position in leadership development she spent months learning about somatic practice to understand the inner work of healing justice. Manuela is a life long learn who works to bring all this knowledge and openness to organizations and change agents passionate about living in alignment to their values.
As a Colombian immigrant she holds her roots of family, food, and dance close to her heart. Manuela is a curious adventurer who receives energy through community and connection. Manuela's happy place is sitting with loved ones and benni (her cavapoo) on the beach taking in the sun and talking about the latest books, podcast, or social norm they want to deconstruct. Than float away all the worries in the waves. Balance.. am i right?
